Cancellation Policy

Free Consultations

Free consultations carry no deposit. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, but there is no charge for changes outside that window.

If you no-show three free consultations in a row, future bookings may require a deposit at our discretion.

Treatment Bookings — $50 Holding Deposit

Treatment bookings (or consultations with same-day treatment requested) require a $50 holding deposit to secure the longer appointment slot. The deposit is processed via Square at the time of booking.

• Cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before your appointment: deposit is fully refundable.
• Cancelled within 24 hours or no-show: the deposit is forfeited. This compensates the practitioner for the held slot.

Refunds are processed back to the original Square payment method within 3–5 business days.

Same-Day Treatment Requests

When you request “same-day treatment” at booking, we allocate a longer combined slot (consultation plus treatment time) and collect the $50 holding deposit to secure it.

All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment. Our practitioner may recommend deferring treatment to a follow-up appointment if it is not appropriate to proceed on the day. In that case, the deposit is credited to your follow-up appointment.

Under 18s

In line with AHPRA's 2025 Cosmetic Procedure Guidelines, clients under 18 years of age cannot book same-day treatment. A free consultation is required, and any subsequent treatment can only be scheduled after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

Advertising of cosmetic procedures to under-18s is prohibited and we do not target this age group in our marketing.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to protect other clients' bookings. The deposit (if any) remains held against your rescheduled time.

You also have the right to raise a complaint with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) at ahpra.gov.au/Notifications regardless of any agreement you have with the clinic.
