Free consultations carry no deposit. If you book a longer appointment that includes same-day treatment time, a $50 holding deposit secures the slot — refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. See our cancellation policy for full details.
Free consultations are 30 minutes. Appointments that include same-day treatment time are longer (60–105 minutes depending on the treatment area) so Millie has time to consult, prepare, and treat in one visit if you're cleared on the day.
Yes. AHPRA's 2025 guidelines require an in-person or video consultation each time a Schedule 4 cosmetic injectable is prescribed — this includes cosmetic injectable, dermal filler, bio-stimulator and skin booster appointments. Every appointment with us starts with a re-consult, even for returning clients.
